Effective 24 July 2026These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tonaly Beat ("the app"), published by Tonaly ("we", "us"), an independent project, not a registered company. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at
Terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, Apple's standard EULA governs your use of the app to the extent required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent
permitted by applicable law;
- redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app; or
- use the app in any unlawful manner.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate for professional timing-critical work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Privacy
The app collects no data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
