Tonaly Beat ("the app") is published by Tonaly ("we", "us"), an independent project, not a registered company.

The short version

We do not collect any data. The app has no accounts, makes no network connections, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Everything the app does happens entirely on your device.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. We do not have servers that receive data from the app.

The app saves your preferences — such as your last tempo, selected theme, time signature, and subdivision — on your device only, using the operating system's standard local storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to anyone else.

Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages, including children, and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's requirements for apps that may appeal to children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics services. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected.

Permissions

The app requests no special permissions. It does not access your microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive resource.
